What bed sizes do the Core Series routers come in?

We offer four standard bed sizes: the Core 1325 (1300×2500mm, ideal for standard 8×4 ft panels), Core 1331 (1300×3100mm for 10×4 ft panels), Core 1631 (1600×3100mm, great for wider worktop runs), and the Core 2131 (2100×3100mm jumbo bed with up to 20 tool positions). What software comes with the machine?

Every Core Series router includes one TPA parametric CAD software licence as standard. The TPA Italian control system also supports remote diagnostics, which means our engineers can connect to your machine remotely to run checks or assist with faults — no call-out required for many issues.

Does the machine come with an automatic tool changer?

Yes — an automatic tool changer is standard on every Core Series machine. The Core 2131 supports up to 20 tool positions; other models include tool changing capability as part of the base specification. What vacuum system holds the material down?

All Core Series machines use a zone vacuum table. The 1325 has 4 vacuum zones, while the 1331, 1631, and 2131 each have 6 zones. If your workload requires stronger hold-down — especially for smaller parts or porous materials — you can add a second vacuum pump as an optional extra.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

The warranty runs from the date of commissioning (not delivery), covering parts and labour on manufacturing defects. Because our engineers install and commission every machine we sell, we know exactly what condition it's in from day one. For continued cover after the first year, ask us about our planned maintenance programmes.

What is included in the published price?

The published price covers the selected Core Series machine, its listed standard equipment, and any options added in the configurator. Delivery, installation, commissioning, operator training, and VAT are not included and will be quoted separately for your site and requirements.

What does 24/7 emergency breakdown support mean in practice?

It means our support line is open around the clock, every day of the year. If your machine goes down in the middle of a production run at 10pm, you call the same number — 01908 040413 — and speak to someone who can help. For TPA-controlled machines we can often resolve faults remotely. If an engineer needs to attend, we'll dispatch one as quickly as possible.

Our engineers are based in Milton Keynes and cover the whole of the UK. We don't restrict our service area — if you're in Scotland, the South West, or anywhere in between, we can reach you.
